I recognise some words might not be familiar to those outside the transgender community so here's a little supporting dictionary!
Assigned female at birth/ assigned male at birth. Refers to the sex that is assigned to an infant, most often based on the infant’s anatomical and other biological characteristics.
The state of presenting masculine for safety/ social acceptance.
A person whose gender identity does not differ from the binary gender identity assignment that is given at birth.
Describes a person whose gender identity falls outside of the traditional gender binary structure of girl/woman and boy/man. Sometimes abbreviated as NB or enby.
Describes a person who was assigned male sex at birth and identifies with femininity to a greater extent than with masculinity.
Describes a person who was assigned female sex at birth and identifies with masculinity to a greater extent than with femininity.

These are all interviews with members of the trans+ community. I am working on gathering the reactions of the recent UK Supreme Court ruling's altering of the definition of a woman to not be removed from biological sex. Many people within the transgdner community have interpreted this asa direct attack on their rights and it is important to hear from their perspective
